As part of this project, Mada is supporting 200 vulnerable households to launch or scale up Income Generating Activities (IGAs) across various sectors, including livestock management, agriculture, food processing, retail shops, and technical services. The project aims to provide a holistic package of support, including in-kind grants and tailored coaching (business and technical), to help these households develop viable IGAs that foster self-reliance and resilience and enable an exit from cash assistance. Ensuring the factsheet is available in both digital and printed formats for distribution to donors, partners, community leaders, municipalities, and beneficiaries (if relevant). Key Responsibilities The Graphic Designer will: Review project-related documents to ensure a clear understanding of the activities, goals, and key messaging requirements. Work closely with Madas team to align on design objectives, content, and branding guidelines. Develop professional, creative, and high-quality material in line with project needs. Provide multiple design options for review, feedback, and final selection. Revise drafts based on feedback and ensure designs meet all expectations before finalization. Prepare print-ready file for printed material and provide editable and non-editable formats. Deliver detailed specifications for the material, including: dimensions, type of paper or material to be used, color profiles, weight or thickness of printed materials. Ensure final material are optimized for both print and digital distribution. Deliverables The Graphic Designer is expected to submit: Finalized design for the required material. Detailed specifications for the material, including printing guidelines. Print-ready file for all printed material. Editable source files for future modifications. Qualifications and Experience University degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Minimum three (3) years of professional experience in graphic design.
