Our Cancellation Policy allows you to Cancel your Services and Claim Refund in case of inefficient services referred with valid discrepancy. The Cancellation and Refund will be processed under the following conditions.

| Service Cancellation Request received within 15 days from the date of Service Activation | 100 % amount will be refunded |
| Service Cancellation Request received between 16 days to 30 days from the date of Service Activation | 90 % amount will be refunded |
| Service Cancellation Request received between 1 month to 6 months from the date of Service Activation | Refund Amount will be calculated on Pro Rata basis for the days Services are availed |
| Service Cancellation Request received after 6 months from the date of Service Activation | No amount will be refunded |
