| Project Detail | The Ministry of Labor and the Economy has set up a steering group to support the planning and organization of change training for the TE services 2024 reform. The task of the working group is to outline and guide the planning and implementation of joint change training for the personnel subject to change in the state and municipalities. The main goal of change coaching is to build good cooperation between state and municipal actors and at the same time support the skills, motivation and resources of the personnel in the change. Joint change coaching can be implemented e.g. on various cooperation forums, meetings and digital platforms. Summary The Ministry of Labor and the Economy has set up a steering group to support the planning and organization of change training for the TE services 2024 reform.
