The Municipality Of Geldrop - Mierlo Aspires To A Catering Service With A Health -Conscious Catering Offer And Flexible Services. Results To Be Achieved: Health -Conscious Supply: Healthy Food To Preserve And Promote The Fitness And Productivity Of Employees Within The Civil Service Organization. Affordability And Inclusion: The Offer Must Be (Financially) Accessible To All Customers, Regardless Of Eating Habits And/ Or Food Culture; Sustainability: A Meal Offer With The Smallest Possible Co2 Footprint. Products And Services With Attention To People And The Environment. The Agreement Consists Of: Lunch Facility: Provide Catering Services (With Accompanying Activities) In The Company Restaurant. Fruit Supply: Offering And Supplementing Fresh Fruit Daily Within The Town Hall And The Municipal Yard. Maintenance: Cleaning And Supplement Hot Drinking Machines And Associated Dishes From The Service. Meeting Service: Taking Care Of Meeting Lunches And Meetings. Partycatering: Providing Meetings Such As Receptions And Events Including Personnel Deployment, Decoration And Appropriate Use Of Materials For And Customized To The Event. Calamities: At All Times On Call For Meal Care For Municipal Staff In The Event Of A Calamity. The Agreement Is Entered Into For A Period Of At Least Two (2) Years And A Maximum Of Eight (8) Years. Two Years Stipulated With The Possibility To Continue The Agreement Three Times Before The Duration Of Two Years After The Expiry Of This Period. The Commencement Date Of The Agreement Is January 1, 2026.
