INTRODUCTION: Chevron Nigeria Limited (CNL), Operator of the NNPC/CNL Joint Venture, invites interested and prequalified companies for this tender opportunity for Provision of Waste Management Services (Dense Phase Cuttings Conveyance) for 2025 2032 Drilling and Completion Program to support Offshore Drilling and Completion Operations. The contract is proposed to span a period of Five (5) years with a possible optional term of two (2) year duration. 2. SCOPE OF WORK: Interested bidder must be able to provide the following as required below: Bulk Cuttings Transport & Storage Systems (Dense Phase Cuttings Conveyance Systems) to transfer Drilled Cuttings from Shale Shakers into Temporary Storage Tanks (ISO Pumps or equivalent) and final transfer to Skips or ISO Pumps on vessel for shipment to shore for treatment and disposal. Applicant will at all times strictly comply with all NUPRC Environmental Guidelines and Standards for the Petroleum Industry in Nigeria (EGASPIN) Revised Edition 2002 (or Latest Edition) and CNLs Environmental Policies. Auditable Tracking System approved by CNL for all Cuttings and other Drilling Waste throughout Collection and Storage and prior to shipping for processing and disposal. Such data will be provided in a timely manner to CNL and government agencies including, but not limited to, NUPRC and FMENV. Detailed list of Equipment to accomplish task. Detailed list of Spare Parts for proposed Equipment in-country and/or a written guarantee that Spare Parts not in-country will be available within one (1) Calendar Month of Contract Award. Spare Parts and consumables in locations designated by CNL for Joint Venture Operations in Nigeria; such Spare Parts will be maintained within Minimum/Maximum Levels as approved by CNL.
