Quotation are invited for Development of Baseline,Thresholds, Data Validation and Regulatory Recommendation Development of Baseline, Thresholds, Data Validation and Regulatory Recommendations for Observatory Indoor Air Quality Monitoring Program ADPHC, as the governing entity for Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, has initiated the Indoor Air Quality Observatory Program by deploying state-of-the-art IAQ monitors to capture pollutant readings across various sectors: Public & Government, Industrial, Commercial, and Residential buildings. The Pilot phase I included monitor deployment in schools and residential buildings across different regions in Abu Dhabi, with future expansion to additional sectors under consideration. The aim of this scope of work is to establish structured, validated, and standardized approaches for interpreting data from these IAQ devices by leveraging expertise in biostatistics and epidemiology. This will enable the establishment of validated baselines, thresholds, and regulatory recommendations for IAQ pollutants while ensuring data integrity and applicability in policy and practice. To ensure comparability, data standardization protocols will be developed to harmonize data collection and reporting across different sectors. Data/readings are received on a user-friendly interface dashboard with customized interactive features, able to identify trends, provide real-time updates, and include an alert system to facilitate data viewing. These will be accessed through DOH systems/links/servers. Data transfer from IAQ devices to these systems will utilize secure APIs or encrypted file transfers, with storage on ADPHC servers compliant with local data protection regulations/ alternatively to download them using CSV/ Excel sheets. A governance framework will define access controls, data retention policies, and audit trails. The current limits shown in the dashboard are based on WHO standards, which will be updated to reflect local limits once baselines and thresholds are established by academia.
