The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery, Installation And Commissioning Of A Mobile Phone Signal Amplification System (Gsm/Umts/Lte/5G) For The Eco-Innovation Center (Building No. 19) Of The Faculty Of Civil And Environmental Engineering Of The Gdańsk University Of Technology.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Preparation Of Drawing Documentation (Technical And Radio Drawing(S) And Manufacturing And Workshop Drawing(S), Including Drawings Of The Electrical Installation Supplying The Devices; 2) Delivery And Assembly Of The Necessary Equipment, Including The Central (Main) Unit), Range Units/Amplifiers, Repeaters And Internal And External (Donor) Antennas); 3) Execution Of Antenna Cabling And Necessary Accompanying Installations (Trays). Cables, Bushings, Fire Seals);4) Construction Of An Electrical Connection With An Uninterrupted Power Supply System (Ups);5) Configuration And Launch Of The System Along With Obtaining Operator Consents Necessary For The Provision Of Services By Mobile Operators;6) Performance Of Measurements Confirming The Obtained Signal Parameters (Before And After Implementation) And Preparation Of Full As-Built Documentation;7) Training Of The Ordering Partys Representatives In The Operation And Basic Diagnostics Of The System;8) Provision Of Warranty, Service And Periodic Inspection Services Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Also Includes All Types Of Activities That, In Accordance With The Rules Of Art Applicable To The Implementation Of This Type Of Subject Of The Order, Are Necessary For Its Timely Completion In Accordance With The Scope Specified Above. 3. The Devices Used And The Entire Installation Must Be Electromagnetically Compatible (In Accordance With Emc Requirements) And Must Not Interfere With The Operation Of Research Equipment, Measuring Devices And Other Ict And Electronic Infrastructure Located In The Eco-Innovation Center Building.4. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Attached As Annex 4 To The Swz. 5 The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Guarantee And Warranty For The Offered Subject Of The Contract In The Amount Of At Least: A) 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties, Without Any Comments On The Delivered Devices; B) 36 Months From The Date Of Signing The Delivery And Acceptance Protocol By Both Parties, Without Any Comments On The Installation. The Ordering Party Has Specified The Terms Of The Guarantee And Warranty In The Draft Provisions Of The Public Procurement Contract, Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Without Previous Use, Free From Legal And Physical Defects, And The Services Must Be Performed With The Utmost Care. 7. The Subject Of The Order Will B
