1. The Order Is Implemented As Part Of The Project We Are Developing Social Services In The Ciełądz Commune, No. Feld.07.09-Ip.01-0022/25, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus Under The European Funds For Łódź 2021-2027 Program.2. The Aim Of The Project Is To Increase The Availability Of Social Services For 20 People Who Need Support In Everyday Functioning Or People With Disabilities Over The Age Of 60 Through The Creation And Operation Of The Senior Club In Kuczyzna.3. The Project Implementation Period Indicated In The Funding Application Covers The Period From January 2, 2026 To February 28, 2028. The Catering Service Is To Provide Participants With Meals On The Days Of The Clubs Operation. The Planned Date Of Starting The Delivery Of Meals - September 1, 2026, Subject To The Schedule Submitted By The Project Implementer.4. The Contractor Acknowledges That The Order Is Financed From Public And Project Funds, And The Method Of Its Execution Must Enable The Ordering Party To Demonstrate The Eligibility, Purposefulness And Rationality Of The Expense.5.1. General Information1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Catering Services Including The Preparation And Delivery Of Meals For Participants Of The Senior Club In Kuczyzna As Part Of The Project We Are Developing Social Services In The Ciełądz Commune. The Club Is Located At: Kuczyzna 33, 96-214 Ciełądz.2. The Service Will Be Performed Successively, On The Days Of The Clubs Operation, In Accordance With The Schedule Provided By The Ordering Party. According To The Project Assumptions, The Senior Club Is To Operate 4 Hours A Day, 5 Days A Week.3. The Ordering Party Assumes The Approximate Settlement Volume Used For Estimation: 100 Km Per Day, 22 Days Per Month, 18 Months, In Total Approximately 39,600.00 Km. This Data Is Used To Compare Offers And Settle The Maximum Contract Value; The Actual Scope Will Result From The Transport Actually Ordered And Performed. The Ordering Party Guarantees The Execution Of The Order At The Level Of 70% Of The Indicated Volume. For This Reason, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Property Claim Against The Ordering Party, Including The Possibility Of Seeking Compensation From The Ordering Party For Lost Profits.4. The Service Includes All Activities And Costs Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Transport, In Particular: Providing A Vehicle Or Vehicles, Drivers, Fuel, Insurance, Road And Parking Fees, Route Organization, Contact With The Ordering Party, Providing A Replacement Vehicle, Assistance To Participants When Boarding And Disembarking, And Keeping Monthly Documentation.5. The Contractor May Not Demand Any Additional Fees From Project Participants, Their Families, Guardians Or Club Staff. The Offer Price Includes The Full Cost Of Providing The Service.
