Check-In At The Hotel, Possibly Immediately After The Groups Arrival (I.E. Approx. 10:00) + Providing A Safe Space For Storing Luggage, 4. 2 Or 3 Conference Rooms (For 2 Days), Of Which: One For At Least 60 People (Fully Equipped, With Complete Audio-Video Equipment And A Laptop), 5. Providing Full Board For Conference Participants (Buffet Breakfast, Lunch And Dinner), 6. Access To Attractions In The Hotel/Area, 7. Parking Spaces (For A Coach And Min. 10 Passenger Cars.8. The Facility Where The Contractor Will Carry Out The Order Will Not Be More Than 200 Km Or Two Hours Away From The Seat Of The Faculty Of Economic Sciences Of The University Of Warsaw - Verification Based On The Distance And Time Calculated For The Shortest And Fastest Route Using The Google Maps Tool
