Project Description
The proposed transaction is an equity commitment of up to EUR 15 million in favour of Morphosis Capital Fund II Coöperatief U.A. (the "Fund").
Project Objectives
The Fund will make equity and equity related investments in SMEs, primarily in Romania but also Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Poland and the Slovak Republic, with the objective of generating long-term capital appreciation. |
