This project will deliver a series of knowledge sharing webinars on sustainable aviation fuels (SAF) including policies and industry strategies, for engagement with APEC economies focusing on Transport, Energy, Trade and Agriculture sectors to establish the required supply chains and ecosystems for viable SAF industry. The series of 3 webinars are to take place in 2023 with a summary session in Q1 2024, supported by key aviation industry stakeholders. The webinars will be scheduled at accessible times, to enable inclusive participation from as many APEC economies as possible.
A key objective of the webinar series is to enable dialogue and share best practice, to improve awareness of the need for policy and cross-sectoral coordination to provide a conducive environment for sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) industry development and deployment. |
