(GRIDCo) intends to apply part of its internally generated funds to fund eligible payments under Call-off Contracts that may be awarded under the Framework Agreements (FWAs) concluded through this IFT Primary Procurement process: Additional Information: 1. The detailed scope of work/technical requirement is provided in the Tendering Document. 2. Tendering is open to eligible private, public, or government-owned legal entities, who meet the eligibility criteria contained in the Tendering Document. 3. The Framework Agreement to be concluded will be Single-User. The Single-User entitled to procure under the Framework Agreement is the Ghana Grid Company LTD. (GRIDCo). 4. Tenderers may submit Tenders for a minimum of one (1) or a maximum of two (2) Lots according to the operational location of GRIDCo. 5. The Framework Agreement(s) shall be concluded for a Term of three (3) years, from the commencement date stated in the Framework Agreement. 6.
