The Service Of Supporting Critical It It Systems (Hereinafter Also Called Service) Will Consist In Particular In:- Monitoring These Systems In 24/7/365 Days In The Year,- Removing The Failure Of The Systems Detected By The Monitoring Service,- Providing The Contracting Authority To The Contract Management Of Service Applications, - Implementation Of Remote Tasks In The Field Of Configuration Changes Of Hardware And Software, - Changes In Security Policies, - Software Update, As Well As Internal Software (Firmware), - Technical Advisory As Part Of Knowledge Transfer.
