Delivery, Implementation, Operation And Maintenance Of A New Esdh Solution, Which Is Based On A Software As A Service (Saas). The Esdh Solution Must Meet A Number Of General And Functional Requirements As Well As A Customized Functionality For Supporting Movias Customer Inquiries And Web Forms (The Following Referred To As The Solution), Cf. Appendix 2 (Requirement Specification) Movia Wants The Solution To Be Based On Standard Functionality (Cloud) To The Extent Possible, And That Maintenance Must Be As Simple As Possible. Tightened Requirements For The Supplier In Terms Of The Integrity Of Data, Confidentiality And Accessibility. Thus, It Is Expected That The Supplier Will At All Times Test And Guarantee The Integrity And Completeness Of The Data Processed In The Solution. Movia Wants To Create Independence From Suppliers And Products In Order To Optimize The Utilization Of Its Resources Both Financially And Business. Therefore, As Part Of The Fulfillment Of The Contract, The Supplier Must Contribute Actively And Independently To The Realization Of This Goal, Including Secure Movias Ability To Re -Offer And Transfer The Tasks That Are Regularly Performed By The Supplier After The Solution Has Been Handed Over, Including Maintenance.
