Customer Relation Management Software Development Services-Implementing, Migrating And Maintaining A Cloud-Based Solution With Underlying Crm System And The Linked Functional Needs Of Belnet.. Belnet, As A State Service With Separate Management, Currently Has A System For The Management Of Customer Relationships That Approaches The End Of Its Lifespan (Eol). The Aim Of This Public Contract Is To Find A New Solution To Replace The Existing System With A New Information System, So That Belnet Can Guarantee The Operational Continuity Of Its Services. This Assignment For Services Concerns The Acquisition Of A New Cloud Based Crm/ Erp Type Information System, Designed To Manage Its Contacts, Its Products, His Services & The Sales Process, To Generate Contracts, Calculate The Amounts To Be Invoiced, To Manage The Shipping Of Invoices And To Handle Marketing Campaigns And The Shipping Of Mass Roots. For This Assignment, Belnet Is Looking For An Integrator That Offers A Solution Or For A Company That Offers Its Own Product And Will Take The Integrator Role. Belnet Wants To Indicate That The Candidate Can Only Offer One Solution. The Assignment Includes (Non-Limitatively) The Selection Of The Solution, The Implementation Of The Project In Terms Of Implementation, Rollout, Training, ... In Addition, The Assignment Also Consists Of The Implementation Of Support And Maintenance During The Lifetime Of The System To Be Installed. Licenses: ----------- The Ao Will Have To Purchase The Necessary Licenses From The Contractor For This Assignment. Implementation Phase: ----------------------------------------------A Series Of Analyzes Was Performed In Preparation For The Implementation Phase. Thanks To These Internally Performed Analyzes And Audits, We Will Be Able To Define The Following: * The Functional Requirements Of The Different Types Of Users Needed To Perform Their Duties; * The Minimum Data Structures Required In The Operational And Functional Context; * The Problems Regarding Data Quality; * Diagrams For Certain Cases That Are Specific To Belnet.
