Saxion Strives To Guarantee Maximum Compliance With All The Current And Future Licensing Landscape Through A Comprehensive Registration Of All Software Licenses And Services Supplied By The Tenderer. Within The Scope Of This Framework Agreement, The Following Assignments To Be Provided Fall: • The Delivery Of New User Rights (Licenses) From Final Manufacturers Or Software Suppliers For Standard Sofals. This Concerns Both Software That Saxion Already Uses And Whose Contract Duration Expires, As A New Standard Software Purchased Through This Framework Agreement; • Extending, Expanding, Renewing, Terminating And Migrating Use Rights That Have Been Taken From Final Manufacturers Or Software Suppliers Within This Framework Agreement For Standard Software; • Providing Maintenance, Support And (Technical) Support Services With Regard To User Rights, For Both Existing And New Standard Software To Be Purchased; • Providing Advice On Appropriate License Constructions, Such As Perpetual Licenses, Subscription Models Or Software-As-A-Service (Saas); • Taking Care Of Requests For Quotation, Price Comparisons And Full Order Handling; • Other Services Related To Standard Software, Such As Consultancy, Market Explorations, Market Research, Conducting Functional Requests, Signaling Changes In Conditions Or Price Models, And Other Relevant Deliveries And Services, Both For Existing And New Standard Software To Be Purchased.
