Quotation are invited for Liwa Bus Station Development. BIDDING OPENS ON: 18 June 2025 DUE ON: 30 June 2025 DMT-RFP-24-115 - Liwa Bus Station Development The Abu Dhabi Department of Municipalities and Transport (DMT) is seeking the services of a capable and experienced Contractor with reputable experience to undertake the complete construction and handover of Category B2 Bus Station at Liwa-Al Dhafra region. The project objectives are to provide efficient transportation, sustainable and cost-effective facilities that align to the wider transport and sustainability objectives of Plan Abu Dhabi 2030 and DMT Surface Transport Master Plan. The DMT Strategic Plan aims to provide bus station with modern design, to promote efficient, comfortable, and safe public transit travel, and at the same time contribute positively to the texture of the city. The construction of the Liwa bus station in the Al Dhafra region, according to the new design, will be prepared on plot No. P175 & P1405 with an area of 8,266.87& 566.36 square meters respectively. The Scope of Works include for the construction of a class B2 bus station, comprising passenger waiting area, administration offices, a drivers restroom, a police office, bus, and taxi stands, workers parking, in addition to public utilities, shops and three separate blocks dedicated to serve as fulling, light maintenance and washing bays. All works shall be constructed as per the most up to date Abu Dhabi Quality and Conformity Council (ADQCC) Technical Specifications, Standard Drawings, and all other relevant stakeholders standards.
