Quotation are invited for Design, Manufacturing and Install Four (4) Information Boards around Ondangwa Town. Closing Dates: Friday, 20 June 2025 @ 10h00 Board design: 4x 7x days Park Rules and Regulations: - Use facility on own risk - Park operating hours: 08h00-18h00 - Children must be supervised at all times - No pets allowed - No smoking - No cycling and skateboarding - No alcohol consumption - No littering - Vandalism is prohibited and subject to fines - Please report unsafe conditions on 065- 240101 2. Specification for the Information Boards: 7 1. Board dimensions and Materials : Size: 0.8m (height) x1.0m (length) x 2mm (thickness) Materials: Metal sheet steel with a thickness of 1mm for durability and stability 2. Poles Structure : Materials: 100x100x5mm square tubes, for the support structure. Frame: 25xmmx25mmx1.6mm (the corners should be approximately treated to prevent sharp edges). The height of the board should be 2 meters from the ground level to the top. Finish: Welded and casted in a concrete 700mm depth. Paint: Primed with first coat of oxide, second coat of prime undercoat and black gloss paint. 3. Paint Specification : Priming: Primed with first coat of oxide, second coat of prime undercoat. Top Coating : Background colo r: Gloss white finish for a clean and professional look. Stripe Edging: Red reflective stripe paint of 0.50mm thickness on the board, high visibility and sharp, neat appearance. Wordings: Black color for legible, contrast text. Signage Paint: Refined finish for text to provide a professional, long lasting appearance. The words should be cleanly and precisely painted to ensure readability.
