The Purpose Of The Present Tender Is To Hire A Natural Or Legal Person, To Provide The Mailing Shipping Platform Service, Which Includes The Provision Of A Digital Platform For Unlimited Mails Shipping To A Maximum Total Of 120,000 Unique Contacts Per Campaign, For A Period Of 36 Months Of Service, With Monthly Charge. The Service Must Include The Qualification, Customization, Training, Maintenance And Support Of The Shipping Platform, These Mails Are Aimed At Neighbors, Taxpayers And Users. This Platform Must Be Operational Within A Maximum Period Of 10 Business Days, From The Date Indicated In The Start Of Services. In This Order, This Tender Contemplates The Mailing Service To The Neighbors Through A Platform Of Detailed Features In The Bt Of This Tender. Mailings Are Used For The Dissemination Of Relevant Information On Activities, Services, Events, Among Others, All Organized By The Municipality Of Vitacura. The Defined Object Must Be Executed, As Indicated In These Bae, Bt, Bag, Modifications (If Applicable), Responses To Consultations (If Applicable) And In The Contract, As Well As In Other Requirements Recorded In The Bidding Documents.
