Procurement Plan for Event Management the Contractor is Required to Services Provide/Supply All Required Services, I Tools, Equipment, and All Other Deemed Required Resources (except Food Catering and Hotel Fees if Applicable) for Designing, Carrying, Executing and Conducting the Companys Ceremonial Events and Functions/Shows in the Manner Dedicated by the Companys Representative and towards His Full Satisfaction. The Company shall Advise the Contractor of the Type, Requirements and the Date of each of its Ceremonial Event and Functions/Shows and shall Allow the Contractor Time to Prepare, Arrange and Mobilize All Deemed Required Resources. The Contractor shall Also Organize and Carry out the Ceremonys Event/Function Activities and Proceedings. The Company shall Assign Several Types of Ceremonial Events/Functions/Shows to the Contractor. The Main Ceremonial Events/Functions/Shows are Listed Hereunder for Reference only. It should be Noted that the Frequency, Location, Duration, Number of Attendees and All Other Data Indicated Herein are Mere Approximates and shall not be Construed to be Undertook as Committed Data/Figures.
