Procurement Plan for Freight Forwarding, Custom Clearance & Transportation Services of Materials Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) is a major oil refining company in Kuwait, which has three refineries located in Mina Abdulla. Mina Al- Ahmadi & Zour Refinery. The Company requires the provision of an integrated and / or various individual logistics service for the goods it purchases on various shipping modes such as but not limited to Ex- work. FOB. CIF and CFR or any other from overseas locations, including those goods purchased by the Contractor on behalf of the Company. Contractors services shall also include the monitoring of manufacturing/delivery progress, goods collection at Contractor premises and subsequent transportation handling and storage, packing /re- packing of materials to carrier per Company requirements, if so required, the preparation and processing of all required export/import and earner documentation, the shipment by land, sea. air and courier as appropnate. the provision of all required documentation and all other related services including but not limited to materials clearance services at Kuwait Customs, the transportation, handling and delivery to Company designated receiving point/s, including the processing of all required Kuwait documentation for Customs duty exemption/refund. import licenses, exemption certificates and permits, the provision of all required reports and carrying out the services as specified herein in accordance with the terms, conditions.
