Design and implement intelligent irrigation systems to Adopt sustainable landscaping practices that maintain lush and thriving environments with minimal water consumption. Execute a saving model by sharing the saved cost with the vendor(s), as per the baseline mentioned in item 2.5 below. Identify shortages and provide recommendations for optimizing irrigation performance. Deploy smart irrigation and/or soil enhancement technologies, such as moisture sensors, automated controllers, and real-time monitoring systems. Reduce non-essential water usage while maintaining landscape health. Develop a reporting framework to document water savings and environmental benefits. Integrate the upgraded irrigation system with GIS mapping for enhanced operational efficiency. Control the irrigation manpower by implementing smart technology/software to make irrigation decisions.
