Tenders are invited for Procurement of Laptops, Printers, Computer Lab. Accessories Closing Date: 27th June, 2025 Price of Tender Document: Gh¢500.00 No. of Lots: 1 Tender Description: Procurement of Laptops, Printers, Computer lab. Accessories Additional Information: Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies (SDD-UBIDS) intends to apply part of its internally generated fund (IGF) for eligible payments under the contract as indicated below. SDD-UBIDS now invites sealed Tenders from eligible Tenderers for the procurement of the items under the National Competitive Tendering Procedures as specified in the Public Procurement Act, 2003 (Act 663) as amended, and in the guidelines of the Public Procurement Authority of the Republic of Ghana. The following documentations are required: 1. Companys Registration Certificates (including Form A) 2. Value Added Tax (VAT) Registration Certificate 3. Current Valid Tax Clearance Certificate 4. Current Valid SSNIT Clearance Certificate 5. Valid PPA Certificate of Registration 6. A Tender Security of GHC 5,000.00 7. Any other relevant document A complete set of Tender Documents may be inspected and purchased at the SDD-UBIDS, Finance Directorate, Wa upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Five Hundred Ghana Cedis (GHC 500.00) only per each set of Tender Documents between 8: 30am 4: 00 pm each working day from Monday to Friday, 2025. Completed Tenders should be deposited in a Tender Box located at the Directorate of Procurement, Central Administration, Simon Diedong Dombo University of Business and Integrated Development Studies, Bamahu, Wa on or before Friday 27th June, 2025 at 10: 30 prompt. Tenders shall be valid for a period of 90 days after the deadline for submission. Tenders will be opened in the presence of Tenderers or their representatives who choose to attend at the Procurement Directorate, Central Administration, Bamahu, Wa on Friday 27th June, 2025 at 10: 30am prompt.
