Bid closing date: With in 30 consecutive days from this announcement day Bid opening date: No Specific Opening Date and Time Region: Addis Ababa The Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) invites qualified vendors to submit bids for the supply of various Inclusive Education Materials including Desktop Computers, Adjustable ergonomic chair, Adjustable ergonomic table, adaptive mice and wireless keyboard Tablet, projector. These Inclusive Education Materials will be used for ECDD Target TVT resource centers where Inclusive TVT education has been Conducted through the I-LEAD project. 2. Organizational Background The Ethiopian Center for Disability and Development (ECDD) is an Ethiopian nongovernmental, nonreligious, nonprofit development organization established in 2005. ECDD works in collaboration with other organizations to promote, facilitate and build organizational capacity for Disability Inclusive Development in Ethiopia - the inclusion of disability issues and persons with disabilities and their families in mainstream government service delivery and development organization programs. ECDD was re-registered on 17 May 2019 as a local CSO, registration No. 0321 with the Civil Society Organizations Agency under the Organizations of Civil Societies Proclamations No. 1113/2019. ECDD envisions an inclusive Ethiopia, where children, youth, and adults with disabilities, regardless of gender or kind of disability, as well as their parents and families, enjoy the same rights and have access to the same health, educational and social services, training, and work opportunities enjoyed by other citizens. ECDD is planning to sell documents to interested competitive legal companies which are interested in supplying different assistive devices.
