All bids should be submitted after 10 working days from announcement on the newspaper starting from 8:30 to 9:30am and closed at 9:30 am. Bid will be opened on the same day at 10:00am at Dire Dawa ECC-SDCBOH office. If the opening day concedes with holiday bid will summited and opens on next working day on the same time.
