Through this Request for Proposals (RFP), StationJ invites qualified developers or firms to submit technical and financial proposals for the design, development, and deployment of the platform in alignment with the outlined vision and requirements. Scope of work: Design and development of a user-friendly, responsive, and accessible user interface (UI/UX) aligned with the platforms goals and target audience (therapists, parents, institutions) Implementing advanced filtering systems, interactive games, AI integrations, user management, and subscription features. Ensuring compliance with security, accessibility, and data LOT 2: Startup (2) - Kangaroo A communication platform designed to streamline the relationship between parents and childcare providers. The current web-based system already includes essential features such as child status tracking, messaging, media sharing, and event calendars. This proposal outlines the transformation of Kangaroo into a dedicated mobile app for Android and iOS, improving usability, engagement, and daily convenience for both parents and teachers. Project Objective To develop a mobile application based on the existing Kangaroo web interface, tailored for two main user roles: Page 3 of 12 Signature & Stamp Teachers (Childcare Providers) Parents The mobile app will retain all existing features while optimizing for: Touch interfaces Push notifications Offline access (for basic logs and photo capture) Performance on low-to-mid-end devices Key Features to Be Included Teacher App Child Daily Status Dashboard: Logging meals, hygiene, sleep, mood, and pickup status. Private Messaging with Parents: Secure, role-based chat. Daily Photos Upload: Upload child activity photos by date. Event Calendar: Add and view center-wide events. Personal Child Profile Access: View child details and update records. Parent App Child Daily Report: Real-time view of meals, naps, health, and updates. Messaging System: Chat with teachers and receive alerts. Photo Feed: Browse photos of childs activities uploaded by staff. Calendar View: See upcoming events, field trips, and appointments. Profile View: Access childs health, insurance, and personal details. LOT 3: Startup (3) Plink Play Plink Play is a platform that allows game developers to create accounts, upload demo games, and track their performance while ensuring quality standards. An admin panel enables game review, platform analytics, and billing integration. Features & Requirements: 1. Developer Features 1.1 Game Upload: Upload demos with basic info. 1.2 Approval Status: Track game approval progress. 1.3 Game Analytics: View views, engagements, clicks, and installs. 1.4 Billing Dashboard: Track charges based on engagement. 2. Admin Features 2.1 Game Review: Approve/reject games based on standards. 2.2 Platform Analytics: Monitor developer and user activity 2.3 Billing Management: Charge developers based on usage. 3. LOT 4: Startup (4) JIC Academy JIC Academy is an online platform aimed at supporting and empowering entrepreneurial women to discover their strengths and motivate them to achieve their best accomplishments. The platform includes tailored online training programs for individuals and groups in smart planning, productivity enhancement, and developing artificial intelligence skills to keep up with the advancements in the digital world. Project Objectives Visual Identity Overhaul: Refresh the websites visual elements, including logo, colors, typography, and layout, to align with JICs brand identity. Enhanced User Experience: Improve site navigation and structure to facilitate easy access to information and resources. Responsive Design: Ensure the website is fully functional and visually appealing across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and smartphones. Content Management System (CMS): Implement a user-friendly CMS that allows JIC staff to easily update and manage website content. Multilingual Support: Provide content in both Arabic and English to cater to JICs diverse audience. Accessibility Compliance: Adhere to web accessibility standards to ensure inclusiveness for all users. Scope of Work The selected vendor will be responsible for: Conducting a comprehensive review of the current website to identify areas for improvement. Developing a new website design that reflects JICs brand and mission. Migrating existing content to the new platform, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Integrating a CMS that allows for easy content updates and management. Implementing multilingual capabilities for Arabic and English content. Providing training to JIC staff on managing and updating the website. Offering one year of technical support post-launch, including regular updates and troubleshooting.
