The Subject Of The Contract Is The Maintenance And Expansion Of The It Environment Built Of The Beyondtrust Remote Support Components Consisting Of: 1) Delivery Of 5 Permanent Licenses For Simultaneous Users (Concurrent User License) Or Equivalent To The Beyondtrust Remote Support System, 2) Providing The Contractors Guarantee And Ensuring Technical Support For All Components The Beyondtrust Remote Support System Of Owned And Purchased Under This Contract By The Ordering Party In Accordance With The Conditions Set Out In Points 8 And 9 Opz; 3) Provision Of Technical Assistance Of The Contractor Of Up To 20 Man -Hours In Accordance With The Requirements Set Out In Points 10 And 11 Opz.2.
