Z O.O. With Its Registered Office: Ul. Moniuszki 20, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, Which Consists Of: A) Architectural And Construction Design) Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works) Bill Of Quantities. Project Documentation Entitled Renovation Of The Grounding Installation At The Building Of The Court Of Appeal In Rzeszów, Developed In April 2025 By The Biuro Projektowej Mr Inżynier Sp. Z O.O. With Its Registered Office: Ul. Moniuszki 20, 39-400 Tarnobrzeg, Which Consists Of: A) Technical Design B) Detailed Technical Specifications Of The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works) The Bill Of Quantities. The Above-Mentioned Documentation Constitute Annex 1 To Swz. Motitic Curbs. B) Renovation Of Hardening Of Parking Spaces With Granite Cubes And Concrete Cubes For Granite Cube Surface (Cleaned Of Recovery And New) With Basalt Cubes And With Surfaces Made Of Concrete Openwork Boards 60X40x10cm, C) Renovation Of Dehydration By Replacing Rain Tiles And Rainwater Drainage Wells, D) Renovation Of Curbing Replacement With New Granite Curbs, E) Altitude Adjustment Of Existing Well Covers And Underground Infrastructure Valves, F) Liquidation Of The Above-Ground Part Of The Deep Well Together With Covering, G) Making A Retaining Wall At The Entrance To Garages, H) Construction Of A Cable Channel With Hdpe Pipes With A Profile With 3X110/10 Profile With Skr-1, Sk-1 Well And Cabinets Temporary Power Supply With The Foundation, I) The Arrangement Of The 30X4mm Bednarka Under The Designed Cable Channel, J) Photo Of Concrete Openwork Slabs From The Slopes Surrounding The Court Building, K) Replacement Of The Well -Shaped Lightning Installation Around The Building. 3. The Contracting Authority Informs That The Contractor Should Take Into Account When Preparing The Offer And Subsequent Execution Of Works, The Following Circumstances:  Renovation Of The Parking Lot Will Be Carried Out In Stages, Part Of The Square Must Be Made Available For Parking Purposes,  In Connection With The Material Scope Of This Order, Works Related To Planting On The Slopes Surrounding The Building Will Be Carried Out, Which Will Require Cooperation With The Planting Contractor.
