Short Assignment Description The Assignment Concerns The Rent Of Ready-To-Use Catering Materials For Temporary Use For (Event) Catering Activities At Various (Defense) Locations Spread Across The Netherlands, As A Supplement To The Own Materials And Catering Activities Organized By The Own Caterer (Paresto) From The Contracting Authority. In Addition To Events At The Specific Defense Locations, Events Take Place At Other Locations Within The Netherlands. An Example Is The Nijmegen Four Days Marches Where Up To 7,000 People Are Provided For Catering Services 24/7 For A Week. Events For Which Ready-To-Use Catering Materials Are Made Available Are Diverse Of Level (To Be Characterized From Simple To High-End V.I.P. Level) From Small To Large (50 To 8,000 People) Where Their Own Materials Are Not Sufficient. Ready-To-Use Catering Materials Comprises All (Possible) Materials, Goods And Equipment Required That Are Used For (Event) Catering. Consider, Among Other Things: Equipment And Kitchen Materials, Glassware, Crockery, Furniture And Decoration.
