Privatizing Filters Described In Annex 1 To The Agreement - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 1); 2) 2 Items Of External Disks Described In Annex 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 2); 4) 2 Pcs Of Projection Screens Described In Annex 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 4) 5) 30 Type A Described In Annex 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 5) .6) 1 Pcs Of The Screen For Displaying Described In Annex 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 6) .7) 1 Pc. Floor Stand For The Screen Described In Annex 1 To The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Point 7). 4. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Factory -New, Full -Fledged And Manufactured Equipment In Accordance With Applicable Standards And Standards. 5. The Contractor Declares That The Equipment Offered On The Day Of Signing The Equipment Acceptance Report Cannot Be Intended By The Manufacturer To Withdraw From Production Or From Sale. 6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Equipment Being The Subject Of The Contract To The Building Of The Marshals Office In Lublin, Ul. Artur Grottger 4, 20-029 Lublin, On Their Own, At Its Own Expense And Risk, During The Office Hours Of The Ordering Party, I.E. From 7.30 To 15.30 On Business Days. 7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver Equipment Together With The: Warranty Cards, User Manuals And Other Documents Necessary To Take Over The Equipment To Use Or Indicate A Publicly Available Manufacturers Website With The Latest Available Versions Of The Instructions/Documentation Available. In The Event That The User Manual/Documentation Is Not Available In Polish, The Ordering Party Will Allow The Instructions/Documentation In English; With All Accessories Constituting A Sales Set And Bringing Equipment To The Rooms Indicated By The Contracting Representative. 8. The Contractor Will Provide Equipment Within 14 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. 9. The Contractor Will Guarantee A Minimum Of 24 Months For The Provided Subject Of The Contract. The Maximum Warranty Period For Which Contractors Will Be Granted Points For The Delivered Equipment And Included When Granting Points At The Stage Evaluation Stage Is 48 Months. The Warranty Period Granted By The Contractor Is One Of The Criteria For The Evaluation Of Offers In The Proceedings. The Warranty Period Declared In The Offer Will Apply During The Duration Of The Contract. 1) The Contractor, Regardless Of The Warranty, Bears Liability Under The Warranty For Physical And Legal Defects Of The Equipment. 2) All Costs Related To The Performance Of Obligations Arising From The Guar
