Expression of Interest are invited for Procurement of Cementing Additives Scope of Work: (1) Supply of material to Tilenga Oilfield and Kingfisher oilfield and other areas as required by the COSL UGANDA- SMC LIMITED, in Uganda. (2) Procurement of cementing materials such as C-A95L (Accelerator 2), C-DF60L (Defoamer). Minimum Requirements: (1) The supplier must be registered in Uganda or comply with local laws and possess a valid NSD (National Supplier Database) registration number. (2) Must hold a valid business license, tax registration certificate, and maintain a good tax record. (3) Must have a valid HSE management system, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 quality policies, along with relevant procedures that meet international standards. (4) Before delivery, the seller must conduct precise and comprehensive inspections of the quality, specifications, performance, and quantity/weight of the goods at their own expense and issue an inspection certificate containing technical data and inspection conclusions. (5) Must effectively manage the circulation of goods within the business scope, including proper planning and documentation (preparation, packaging, handling, storage, transportation documents, and inventory lists). (6) Must have a well-established inventory management system that can be developed and used according to on-site requirements. (7) Must possess strong financial capability to meet service delivery requirements. (8) Must have a good track record in providing similar services. (9) Contract costs must include transportation and labor costs for delivering goods to the designated location, with pricing based on DAP (Delivered at Place) terms. (10) Should have access to minimum of 6 acres of bonded storage yard facilities close to the port of Mombasa (preferable within a 2km radius of the berth facilities at the port of Mombasa). (11) Should have its own clearing and forwarding offices in Kenya and Uganda and offices must be licensed by the Kenya revenue authority and Uganda revenue authority.
