System Maintenance Services - Procurement Of Maintenance And Upgrading Of The Information System And Customer Support Services (E-Tourism). The Eturizam Information System, The Mturizam Mobile Application And The Central Portal For Supporting Tourism Development (Tourism Portal) Were Developed As Part Of The Croatian Digital Tourism - Eturism Project (Co-Financed By The European Structural And Investment Funds), Which, Through Digitization And Process Optimization, Aimed To Improve Communication Between Citizens And Public Administration, Increase The Efficiency And Transparency Of Public Administration In The Provision Of Public Services And Encourage Further Development Of Tourism And Hospitality Services In The Republic Of Croatia. The Selected Bidder Is Obliged To Carry Out Activities Of Regular And Extended Maintenance Of Information Systems And To Provide Customer Support Services In Accordance With This Procurement Documentation, Which Refers To The Eturizam Information System, The Mturizam Mobile Application And The Central Portal For Supporting Tourism Development (Tourism Portal).
