The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of The One-Day Xiii Podlasie Social Economy Fair As Part Of The Project Coordination Of Social Policy Activities In The Podlaskie Voivodeship Under Measure 04.13: High-Quality Social Inclusion System, European Funds For Social Development Program 2021-2027 ( Fers), Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus, As Part Of The Type Of Projects Called Rops Activities In The Field Of Social Services, Social Assistance, Es And Active Integration, Aimed At Social Inclusion, Implemented At The Voivodeship Level. General Assumptions Regarding The Order:1. The Contractor Will Ensure That The Fair Is Organized And Conducted While Maintaining Safety Requirements Allowing The Event To Be Carried Out At The Highest Possible Level. 2. On The Day Of Signing The Contract For The Implementation Of This Subject Of The Order, The Responsibility Of The Event Organizer Will Be Imposed On The Contractor.3. Admission To The Fair Will Be Free.4. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For The Process Of Organizing And Implementing The Fair In The Scope Of: A) Securing The Fair; B) Providing A Printing Service In The Preparation Of An Information Poster And A Promotional Banner; C) Purchasing Materials For Exhibitors; D) Providing A Stage With A Sound System; E) Providing Min. . 60-Minute Artistic Performance - Concert;F) Providing A Professional Announcer;G) Providing Inflatable Devices;H) Organizing And Conducting Animation Activities;I) Providing Toilets, Garbage Containers And Cleaning Services; J) Providing An Event Manager; K) Ensuring Accessibility For People With Special Needs.
