Call Center – Ensuring A Call Center And Help Desk Of Building Administration Information Systems (Dsř) Ii. The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Provision Of External Call Center Services And The Operation Of The Help Desk, I.E. A Technical Solution In The Form Of A Service And Personnel Security For The Provision Of 1St Level Support For Digitization Of Construction Management Projects. This Public Contract Is One Of The Parts Of The Public Contract, Which Is Awarded In An Open Procedure According To § 56 Et Seq. Zzvz. The Remaining Part Of The Public Contract Was Awarded In An Open Call For The Purpose Of Satisfying An Urgent Need As A Small-Scale Public Contract Of Higher Value, I.E. In A Procedure Corresponding To The Above-Mentioned Estimated Value, Which At The Same Time Does Not Exceed 20% Of The Aggregate Estimated Value Of All Such Entered Parts Of The Public Contract In The Sense Of § 18 Par. 3 Zzvz.
