The Service Provider will not be responsible for implementing the WHH intervention, only conduct the data collection; the intervention is summarized here for context. SPIR IIemployed Community Health Facilitators (CHF) will facilitate the identification of participants, deliver intervention hardware to households, and deliver BCC/SBC materials. They will also facilitate engagement with local contractors and a WASH Business Center Agent, as needed, to ensure timely delivery of household improvements, as well as repair and replacement services if needed. The CHFs will engage local health extension workers (HEW) to support SBC components of the intervention as part of their usual community outreach. The respective HEWs and Woreda Health Office have confirmed their willingness and availability to participate in the intervention.
