Statutory Audit Services – Certification Of Daix-Marseille University Accounts And Related Missions. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Certification Of Daix-Marseille University Accounts And Related Missions. This Framework Agreement Covers The Following Needs: - The Certification Of The Social Accounts Of The Two Foundations And The Consolidated Accounts; - Services Other Than Account Certification Other Than Those Required By National Or Eu Legislation (Sacc). This Involves The Provision Of Acts Of Certification Of One-Off Operations, Such As Various Certificates Relating To Subsidized Projects, Technical Consultations, Audits, Etc., To The Extent That They Are Related To The Legal Certification Mission. The Consultation Is Not Allocated. The Needs For The Certification Of Consolidated Accounts Have A Particularity: In Application Of The Commercial Code In Particular Its Article L.823-2, They Relate To The Appointment Of (2) Two Titular Auditors And (2) Two Alternate Auditors Where Applicable. , And Are Therefore The Subject Of Two Sets Of Identical Services. The Term Batch Being Understood In The Technical Sense, And Not In The Sense Of Public Order. Each Of The Companies Will Submit A Single Offer Relating To Lot A And Lot B, For Identical Services. This Is A Multi-Awardee Framework Agreement Executed As Purchase Orders Are Issued In Accordance With The Provisions Of Articles L2125-1, R2162-6 (This Is The New Name Of The “Purchase Order Contract Concluded With Several Economic Operators) And R2162-13 To R2162-14 Of The Public Order Code. The Number Of Holders Of This Contract Is Equal To Two * (Subject To A Minimum Number Of Offers Received). *Two Auditors And Two Alternates. This Framework Agreement Is Made Up Of A Fixed Part For The Certification Of Annual And Consolidated Accounts And A Part Based On Purchase Orders For Services Other Than The Certification Of Annual Accounts. The Services Provided For Under This Contract Are Carried Out In The Premises Of The Contractor And/Or In The Premises Of The Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority Endeavors To Provide The Contractor With Office Premises And Equipment Enabling It To Carry Out Its Audit. In The Event Of A Change In The Composition Of The Teams, The Contractor Will Immediately Inform The Contracting Authority. This Modification Must Not Have The Effect Of Reducing The Overall Quality Of The Team. The Description Of The Services Is Described In The Ccp And Its Annexes.
