These can cause problems for the owners of the slopes and their neighbours. These problems include less predictable stability (including sometimes increased landslide susceptibility), settlement risks, and contamination. Auckland Council wants to better understand where these modified slopes exist . This Request for Expressions of Interest (REOI) seeks expressions of interest from suitable contractors who can provide an inventory of all the major man-made cut slopes and filled areas in the Auckland region. This is Stage 1 of a two-stage process. Participants shortlisted from this stage will be invited to participate in Stage 2 and respond to a full Request for Proposal.
