Tenders are invited for Well Completion and Well Workover on a Call-off Basis West Qurna (Phase 2) Contract Area, Republic of Iraq A full set of the Tender Documentation may be obtained after submission of a written application along with sufficient information confirming that the company meets the minimal qualification requirements set out above (applications on the letterhead signed by an authorized person shall be received before 11.12.2023) to: Tender@lukoil-international.com. A written request of Bidder shall contain the following information: Full name of the company; mail address; phone; fax; e-mail address; full name of the contact person and his e-mail address. The Tender Documentation shall be sent by e-mail without any responsibility for loss or late arrival after submission of a written application, as noted above. Envelopes with Bids shall be delivered to the address specified in Tender Documentation before 03:00 p.m. (Basra time) 08.01.2024. Companies acting as Bidders shall meet the following minimal qualification requirements specified in Tender Documentation: a) The Bidder has experience in onshore well completion and workover projects worldwide within the last 5 (five) years of at least 150 wells in total; b) The Bidder has experience in onshore well completion and workover projects in the MENA region within the last 3 (three) years of not less than 100 wells in total; c) The Bidder has at least 1 (one) operational office worldwide and mandatory registration (registered branch or full operational office) in the Republic of Iraq; d) Availability of maintenance bases and repair facilities in Iraq; e) The Bidder has the average annual turnover for the last 3 (three) years to the amount of not less than USD 50,000,000.00. f) Availability and compliance of Bid Bond with the Tender Documentation requirements in the amount of USD 700,000.00.
