The Entire Building Is A Two-Storey Structure With Steep Sloped Main Standing Seam Metal Roofs With A Number Of Low Slope Auxiliary Roofs Over Lower-Level Buildouts. The First And Entire Second Level, Plus Gable Ends, Exterior Cladding Is Face-Sealed Stucco. The Lower Section, Generally To Windowsill Level, Of The First-Floor Cladding Is Brick Veneer With Transitions To The Upper Section Of Stucco.The Main Scope Of Work Is A Building Envelope Remediation Consisting Of Cladding Replacement To A Rain Screen Stucco, Window Replacement On The 2Nd Level, Fascia Replacement, Flashing Replacement, Stucco Soffit Replacement. Paint All Ground Floor Cladding And Metal Doors.Existing Light Fixtures To Be Removed, Disposed Of And New Light Fixtures (Supplied By The School District) To Be Installed.Provide An Alternative Price For The Installation Of Aluminum Composite Panel Cladding In-Lieu-Of Rainscreen Stucco Cladding.Separate Price For Replacement Of 1St Floor Windows.Separate Price For Replacement Of Steel Doors And Frames.Notice Of Award Anticipated In March 2024.
