Tenders Are Invited For-Working To Support JerusalemS Identity And Resilience Program The Palestinian Ngo Development Center Tatweer Center Announces The Availability Of The Possibility To Finance Project Proposals Submitted By Palestinian Ngos Within The Second Phase Of The Action To Support JerusalemS Identity And Resilience (Ajir+) Program. This Announcement Aims To Finance Construction And Infrastructure Investments To Be Developed By Palestinian Ngos, Which Aim To Support Youth And Children By Improving Educational And Cultural Facilities, And The Implementation Period Does Not Exceed Three Years. This Call Is Mainly Designed To Contribute To The Full Emancipation Of Palestinian Youth And Aims To Provide Funding For Construction Or Renovation Works In Order To Remove Physical Obstacles To The Development Of Quality Education And The Provision Of Cultural Services And Infrastructure (Such As Lack Of Classrooms, Poor Building Conditions, Etc.). The Maximum Value Of The Requested Grant Must Not Exceed 1.5 Million Euros, And The Minimum Must Not Be Less Than 500,000 Euros. The Budget Of The Proposed Project Per Year Does Not Represent More Than 70% Of The Annual Resources Of The Civil Society Organization Submitting The Request, For The Last Three Accounting Periods. For Construction And Infrastructure Projects, The Ngo Must Have Obtained (At The Time Of Submitting The Project Proposal) All Necessary Approvals, Permits And Licenses From The Competent Authorities.
