The Purpose Of This Award Procedure Is The Acquisition Of Laboratory Equipment And Furniture Necessary For The Installation And Testing Of Linac Within The Vega System, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications. The Measuring, Positioning And Protection Equipment Together With The Minimum Of Furniture Are Necessary For Measuring Defects In Electrical/Electronic Circuits And Their Repairs, As Well As For The High-Precision Alignment Of The Linac Components Within The Vega System. The Furniture For The Laboratory Within The Specification Is Necessary For The Storage Of Components And Control And Measurement Equipment That Are Used In The Detailed Stages For The Vega System And To Maintain The Degree Of Cleanliness And Quality In Security And Safety At Work. Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 160 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, Interested Economic Operators Will Request Clarifications Or Additional Information In Relation To The Award Documentation Up To 20 Days Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Requests For Clarification/Additional Information Addressed By Economic Operators, On The 12Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers, According To Art. 161 Of Law No. 98/2016, With Subsequent Amendments And Additions, In Conjunction With Art. 27 Paragraph (3) Of H.G. No. 395/2016 With Subsequent Amendments And Additions.
