The Following Are Purchased, According To The Requirements Of The Specifications: In Order To Implement Some Measures To Strengthen The Institutional Capacity Of Ploiesti City Hall, Ploiesti Municipality Signed Financing Contract No. 429/17.09.2019 For The Project Integrated It Solutions For Optimizing Administrative Activity, Increasing Competences And The Level Of Quality Of Public Services For Citizens And The Business Environment At The Level Of The Municipality Of Ploiești, Smis Code 129737, Financed By The Administrative Capacity Operational Program As Part Of The Contract For Lot 1 Which Will Be Awarded In The Open Tender Procurement Procedure, The Implementation Of An Access, Processing And Storage Platform Within The Uat Ploiești Municipality Will Be Carried Out, By Supplying The Equipment And Performing Ancillary Operations, In Accordance With The Requirements From The Specifications. As Part Of The Contract For Lot 2, Which Will Be Awarded As Part Of The Procurement Procedure Through An Open Tender, The Implementation Of An It Solution Will Be Carried Out Within The Uat Municipality Of Ploiești, Through: The Provision Of Software Licenses, In Accordance With The Requirements Of This Specification. The Contracting Authority Will Be Able To Benefit From These Immediately After The Completion Of The Installation And Preliminary Configuration Services; The Provision Of It Services, Consisting Of All The Services For The Operationalization Of The It Solution, In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Specifications. Number Of Days Until Which Clarifications Can Be Requested Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers: 20 Days. The Contracting Authority Will Respond Clearly And Completely To All Clarification Requests On The 11Th Day Before The Deadline For Submission Of Offers.
