Tenders Are Invited For Establishment Of 6 (Six) Centers Of Bitac In Gopalganj, Sunamganj, Barisal, Rangpur, Jamalpur And Jessore Districts (One At Rangpur) (Sub-Head: Construction Of Residential Buildings A. Construction Of 10 (Ten) Storied Boys Hostel With 10 (Ten) Storied Foundation, B. Construction Of 10 (Ten) Storied Girls Hostel With 10 (Ten) Storied Foundation & C. Construction Of 3 (Three) Storied Guards Accommodation With 3 (Three) Storied Foundation) (Civil, Sanitary And Internal Electrical Works) Eligibility Of Tenderer: Eligibility Of Tenderers: 1. The Tenderers Must Have Minimum 5(Five) Years Of General Experience In Construction Works. 2. The Minimum Specific Experience As A Prime Contractor Or Subcontractor Or Management Contractor In Construction Works Of At Least 1(One) Rcc Framed Structure Building Including Civil, Internal Sanitary And Internal Electrification Works Successfully Completed Within The Last 05 (Five) Years With A Value Of At Least Tk. 2000.00 (Two Thousand) Lac In Single Contract Under Government/ Semi Government/ Autonomous Organization Of Bangladesh. 3. The Required Average Annual Construction Turnover Shall Be Greater Than Tk. 2500.00 (Two Thousand And Five Hundred) Lac In The Last 5 (Five) Years. Payment Certificates For Contract In Progress Or Completed Under Public Sector During Last 5 (Five) Years Must Be Submitted In Support Of Average Annual Construction Turnover. 4. The Tenderer Must Have A Minimum Liquid Assets/ Working Capital/Credit Facilities (In The Pw3-7 Form Without Any Alteration) Tk. 600.00 (Six Hundred) Lac. 5. The Tender Capacity Is Tk. 2750.00 (Two Thousand Seven Hundred And Fifty) Lac. Supporting Document Must Be Submitted Along With Information As Per Enclosed Form (Ongoing Works/Commitments) 6. The Tenderer Must Enclose Vat Registration Certificate, Up-To-Date Income Tax Clearance Certificate, Up To-Date Trade License And Up-To-Date Abc Contractor And Supervisory License. 7. Completion Certificate Of Similar Nature Of Work (As Specific Experience) Shall Be Submitted In The Prescribed Format As Per Std (Pw3) Of Cptu (Attached In Section-7).
