The Purpose Of This Public Procurement Is To Conclude Framework Agreements For The Purchase Of Supplies And The Procurement Of Services Required For The Implementation Of The Estonian Centre For International Development’S (Estdev) E-Governance And Cyber Security Projects. The Procurement Covers Software Analysis And Ict Consultancy, Software Development And Prototyping, Ict And Cyber Security Infrastructure Components With Related Services, And Laptops With Accessories And Related Services. The Projects Will Be Implemented In The Target Countries Of Estonia’S Development Cooperation. Specific Needs, Volumes And Conditions Of Performance Will Be Determined In The Mini-Competitions Conducted Under The Framework Agreements.
