Taxi Services – Operational Organization, Driving Arrangement And Brokerage Service For School Transport In The City Of Rauma, As Well As Flexible Transport Capacity. The Service Includes Route Planning Based On The Transport Data Approved By The Customer, Daily Driving Arrangements, Transportation Mediation, Handling Of Changes And Cancellations, Management Of Disruptions, Communication, Reality Monitoring And Production Of Invoicing Materials. The Service Provider Supplies And Maintains The System And User Rights Necessary To Perform The Tasks. The Customer Makes The Decisions Regarding The Transport Rights And Accepts The Plans And Changes Specified In The Contract. The Actual Contract Period Is 1 August 2027–31 July 2030. The Subscriber Has The Right To Extend The Contract For The Option Periods 1 August 2030–31 July 2032 And 1 August 2032–31 July 2033. In Accordance With The Main Agreement, The Exercise Of Options Will Be Notified No Later Than Six Months Before The Start Of The Relevant Option Period. The Driving Arrangement Covers Both The Daily Priced Vehicles Purchased Separately By The City And The Flexible Capacity Arranged On The Basis Of This Purchase. The City Pays The Operating Allowances For The Current Day Cars Based On Its Own Agreements. Their Operating Compensation Is Not Included In The Monthly Payment For This Purchase Or Re-Invoiced At Flexible Capacity Unit Prices. The Service Provider Arranges The Necessary Flexible Capacity In The Price Categories 1-4 And 5-8 Passenger Seats, As Well As The Accessibility And Equipment Required For The Transport Tasks. The Acquisition Of New Core Capacity Of More Than Eight Passenger Seats Is Not Required. The Service Provider Can Use Its Own Or Subcontracted Equipment. The Larger Day Car Fleet Available To The City Is Included In The Driving Arrangement In Accordance With Its Contracts. Appendix 10, Which Describes The Current Situation, Contains The Day-Specific Drives Of The Comparison Week, Information On Daily Cars, And The Calculated Simultaneous Equipment Need. A Week Corresponds To One Normal Real School Week. The Day Cars Operate Until The End Of Their Valid Contracts. The Options For Vehicles P04, P05, P06 Are Used For The Academic Year 2027-2028. The Vehicles Of Other Expiring Day Car Contracts Will Be Removed From Operation When The Contracts Expire. Longer Contracts In Force Will Continue In Accordance With Appendix 10. The Driving Performance Of The Current Situation And The Calculation Of Equipment Needs Help In Preparing The Offer.
