Storage Services – Ainm Project – Eale Hardware Storage. As Part Of The Renewal And Adaptation Of Electrical Traction Installations, Sncf Réseau Is Leading The Ainm Pcle-Mmm Program (Supply And Modernized Level Installations Of Energy Connection Switching Stations — Melun Montereau Montargis). This Program Is Part Of The General Railway Infrastructure Modernization Policy Carried Out By Sncf Réseau, Aiming To Improve The Reliability, Availability And Performance Of Rail Traction Electrical Supply Installations. The Ainm Pcle-Mmm Program Concerns The Renovation Of Electrical Substations (Sst) And Medium Power Substations (Pmp) Supplying The Railway Lines In The Area Covered By The Pcle-Mmm Online Power Establishment (Eale), Including The Gt2 Villers And Gt3 Melun Areas. This Program Represents A Significant Investment Effort Intended To Modernize Aging Equipment And Guarantee The Continuity Of The Electrical Supply Of Rail Traffic On This Strategic Perimeter. The Purpose Of This Contract Is To Provide Temporary Storage Of High Voltage Electrical Equipment As Part Of The Ainm Pcle-Mmm Program Of Sncf Réseau. The Service Includes All Of The Following Activities: • Provision Of A Covered, Secure Storage Area That Complies With The Requirements Of This Cctp, Including The Necessary Handling, Monitoring And Environmental Control Equipment; • Reception, Unloading, Control And Identification Of Materials At Each Delivery, With The Issuance Of Reasoned Reservations In The Event Of An Anomaly Noted; • Organized Storage, Inventory Management And Complete Traceability Of All Movements Of Materials, From Their Receipt To Their Exit; • Internal Handling And Preparation Of Exits, Guaranteeing The Integrity Of Materials And The Conformity Of Loading Operations; • Assistance With Collection And Transport, According To The Instructions Of Sncf Réseau And Within The Deadlines Defined In This Cctp; • Periodic Reporting And Communication With Sncf Réseau, Including The Transmission Of A Monthly Report And Participation In Monitoring Meetings. A Peak In The Volume Of Materials To Be Stored Is Expected Between Mid-2026 And Mid-2027; The Service Provider Will Have To Size Its Storage Capacity To Absorb This Peak In Its Entirety, Without Loss Of Quality Of Service. The Sites Concerned By The Program Are As Follows: - Substations (Sst): Montereau, Thomery, Cepoy, Souppes-Sur-Loing, Bois-Le-Roi, Samoreau, Samois Saint-Mammès And Varennes. - Medium Power Stations (Pmp): Avon, Champagne, And 6 Pcle Pmps (Amilly, Ferrières/Fontenay, Le Betz/Dordives, Garenne/Moret, Chalette Sur Loing And Saint-Pierre-Lès-Nemours). The High-Voltage Electrical Equipment Ordered Under The Program Is Delivered By The Manufacturers According To A Production Schedule Independent Of The Dates Of Work On Site.
