Total Number Of Workshop Participants: A Maximum Of 26 People, Including: A Maximum Of 12 Parents, A Maximum Of 12 Children And 2 Workshop Leaders. The Service Includes: - Provision Of Accommodation, I.E. 1 Night For A Maximum Of 26 People: For Families In Family Rooms, For Managers In A Single Or Double Room For Single Use, I.E. In Total: 26 Nights (26 People X 1 Night), - Provision Of Meals, I.E. 2 Lunches, 1 Dinner, 1 Breakfast, 2 Mini Buffets With Snacks For A Maximum Of 26 People, I.E. In Total: - 26 Breakfasts (26 People X 1 Breakfast), - 52 Lunches (26 People X 2 Lunches), - 26 Dinners (26 People X 1 Dinner), - 52 Mini Buffets (26 People X 2 Mini Buffets), - Provision Of 2 Lecture Rooms, 1 For All People Participating In The Workshops, 2 For 15 People, Equipped With A Projector, Laptop, Sound System, Flipchart And Chairs, - Provision Of At Least 7 Free Seats Parking Lots Located In The Immediate Vicinity Of The Hotel, During Each Exit. The Minimum Order Value Will Be 40% Of The Maximum Order Value. The Contractor Will Not Make Any Claims For The Execution Of The Order Less Than The Maximum Expected Amount.
