Public Transport Services By Railways – Concession Zutphen-Hengelo-Oldenzaal 2028-2032. The Zutphen-Hengelo-Oldenzaal Concession Starts On December 10, 2028 And Has A Term Of 4 Years And Can Be Extended A Maximum Of Two Times By One Year. This Concession Applies As A Bridging Concession. During The Term Of The Concession, The Concession Provider Aims To Realize Electrification Of The Route. At The Time Of The Initial Publication Of This Descriptive Document, Prorail Was Developing A Plan For This. After The Concession Ends, The Concession Provider Intends To Use Electric Trains In A Subsequent Concession. The Provincial Executive Of Overijssel And Gelderland Are Responsible (Each For Its Territory) For The Zutphen-Hengelo-Oldenzaal Concession.
