According To The Case Law Of The Ecj Dated June 17, 2021_Rs C - 23/20 - The Client Is Obliged To Specify A Maximum Quantity In Order To Ensure Transparency And Freedom From Discrimination In Competition. A Call Obligation Cannot Be Derived From This. The Client Estimates That There Will Be A Need For Around 15,000 Winter Emergency Shirts Over The Entire Contract Period. The Maximum Quantity Of The Attached Framework Agreements Is 18,000 Units.
