Brief Description Of Works: The Purpose Of This Tender Is To Execute A Project Intended To Build Ablution Areas In Main Library, Sultan Qaboos University Campus. The Works Will Include Civil And Electro-Mechanical Works, Including But Not Limited To Dismantling, Cutting, Removal, Replacements And Renewal Of Existing Services. It Will Be The ContractorS Responsibility To Visit The Site, Make Aware Of The Existing Site Condition And Services And Include All Necessary Items As Applicable Prior To Execution Of The Works. Works Should Be Carried Out While Taking Care Of The Surrounding Areas And Taking All Precautionary Measures For Safety Of Staff And Working People.
